Refund & Return Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE
All orders can be canceled before they are processed. If your order is paid and you need to make any changes or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packages are in production, they can no longer be canceled.

REFUND AND RESHIPMENT
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund or reshipment, you can contact us via support@89customized.com to get step-by-step instructions.
In case you receive the defective, damaged, or not as described product, it is required to provide us with some specific pictures of the wrong item(s) and the shipping label which is stuck on the box or the bag covering your item(s). Based on that, you can ask for a refund or reshipment.
Please keep the shipping label in case of incidents
Requests for refund and reshipment must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. You can do it by sending an email to support@89customized.com.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed/issued within 14 -21 days and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


EXCHANGES
In case your orders are not delivered successfully, due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster), please contact us for a solution.
Your items are defective, damaged or wrong measurements with our size chart.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES IF
You want a refund/reshipment because you β€œchanged your mind”. We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns with that inquiry/reason.
We do not accept exchange with regard to the wrong size ordered because when you accept to pay, you have automatically accepted your chosen size. (Sizes of the products may vary 1-3cm).
We do not accept the refund request for material reasons. The material is clearly shown in the product description.
Your refund or reshipment will NOT BE APPROVED in case your order does not arrive because of factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
The item(s) have been worn or washed.
The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is our fault.

Note: Your order is valid for 3 months since the time you place your order. For a period more than 90 days, all problems related to your order are not eligible to be solved.
